| Activate or modify the invitation
The deadline for accepting the invitation or changing the email is a maximum of 5 days from the time the invitation is sent
- After the expiry of the deadline, the buyer has no right to request a new invitation or amend it except after paying a fee of 18 riyals for each invitation
- You can change the email only once during the first 5 days after purchase. If you request a change for a second time, a fee of 18 riyals will be paid.
The date of calculating the subscription time starts from the date of sending the invitation to the buyer
- The buyer must accept the invitation sent to him via the email registered in his order
| If the buyer accepts the invitation sent to him in any other email without notifying the store’s technical support via WhatsApp to update his data. The email will be deleted from the group and the invitation will not be sent again until a fee of 18 riyals is paid
- If the buyer’s email is blocked from accepting the invitation. To accept the invitation via another email
- The store is not responsible for your leaving the group for any reason. If you leave after the first 5 days

| Exchange and return
- In the event that the subscription is suspended due to a malfunction in the store for any reason and we are not able to fix the problem. - In the event of a problem or interruption in the subscription for a specific period and then the problem is resolved by the store. The buyer will be compensated for a period equal to the number of days his service was interrupted
- Please note that YouTube subscriptions by joining a group are subject to interruption in some cases. The interruption time is not counted in the subscription period. The buyer will be compensated for the duration of the interruption + an additional period if the interruption is repeated more than 3 times during one month, with a period of one week added to the buyer’s subscription.

- There is no refund for YouTube subscription requests Adding to a group | The store provides activation of the subscription and testing of your email before making the payment process. As for individual YouTube subscriptions, if the store is unable to activate the subscription, the buyer has the right to request a refund
- Digital codes | Windows - Office - Security programs Product keys are valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. The store is not responsible for any key after the specified period, as the program codes must be activated immediately after purchasing them from our store
- If you purchase a limited-term subscription product in our store, it is considered an authorization from the buyer to us to activate the subscription for him from the service provider. If we are unable to activate the subscription or problems arise with the subscription in the future, the terms and conditions for exchange and return will apply
